Common things

Forgot your password. Open the app, tap Sign in, then Forgot password. We'll email you a reset link.

Want to delete your account. Profile screen in the app, or email help@cookhotline.com. We remove your data within 30 days.

Friday gave a recipe with an ingredient you're allergic to. Stop using that recipe. Email us with the recipe name and the allergen so we can investigate the suggestion path. As a reminder, Hotline is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice; please consult a qualified professional for any allergy or health-related decision.

Your H-E-B or Kroger cart didn't sync. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the retailer from Settings. Retailer tokens occasionally expire on their side without notice to us. If reconnecting doesn't fix it, email us.

A coach you're working with isn't responding. Coaches are independent professionals on the platform. If you can't reach yours, email us and we can help reroute.
